ursa: a .NET library for RSA SecurID© soft tokens
ursa is a .NET class library that can generate tokencodes from RSA SecurID© 128-bit (AES) soft tokens.

Summary
Based in part on the excellent stoken project for Linux/UNIX, the ursa library can be used within a .NET application to read a soft token and generate tokencodes from it. It also supports exporting a token to any of the standard formats (SDTID, version 2, and version 3).

The recommended method of obtaining the ursa library is to install the SamoyedSoftware.ursa NuGet package into your project, using the NuGet Package Manager in Visual Studio. However, the ursa library, source code, and documentation are also available for download below.
